Q: Why Sriwatana ?
A: With more than 30 year-experience in the business, Sriwatana’s products are accepted by customers in more than 20 countries i.e. USA, UK, Japan, etc. With our unique state of the art technology, together with high skilled workers, Sriwatana can supply up to 150,000 pieces of product per month. Buyer can pick from our on-shelf designs or mutually develop with our team to come up with exclusive designs for each customer.
Q: Production lead time ?
A: Typically 45-90 days. Longer lead time occurs during high seasons (March and October)
Q: What kinds of payment we can accept ?
A: Payments are flexible. Nonetheless, for new customer, we request advance payment (T/T) , L/C (letter of credit)
or PayPal
Q: Packaging ?
A: Standard package comprises an individual cardboard box, inner carton, and outer carton. Customized packaging is also available upon request.
Q: Shipment ?
A: Products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
Q: Customer own design ?
A: Buyer can pick from our on-shelf designs, sending us your own design, or mutually develop with our team to
come up with exclusive designs for each customer.
Q: Which kind of wood we use ?
A: Sriwatana uses several kind of wood depending on the design and requirement of our customer. E.g. Rubber, Alder, Maple, Yellow Poplar, Ash, Beech, Oak wood, Alder Wood, and MDF board. Certified wood such as FSC or Special treatment wood (fumigation for Biosecurity reason) is also available upon request.
Q: Minimum order per shipment ?
A : Minimum order is $10,000 per shipment and minimum of 100 pieces per SKU. Nevertheless, if the purchase order is less than $10,000 per shipment, $200 handling charge will occur.
Q : Showroom or Factory visit ?
A: We will be very pleased to welcome you as our guest. Kindly contact us to make an appointment to visit our showroom or factory.
Q: What kind of pricing available ?
A: Our price is generally quoted in US dollars.
Q: Can you provide the sample, Is it Free of charge?
A: We certainly can provide the sample product. However, customers have to pay for the product and its transportation cost first. After we receive the purchase order, this payment will be
deducted from the total invoice.
